Entry Requirements
- Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline with 120 credits AND
- Applicants with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant area AND
- ‘C’ Pass in G.C.E O/L English and Mathematics or equivalent

The Dissertation module represents the culmination of the MA Strategic People Management and Human Resources (Top Up) programme, providing students with the opportunity to undertake a substantial independent research project at Masters level within a chosen area of people management, human resources, learning and development, or organisational development. Students identify a topic of strategic relevance, select and justify an appropriate research methodology, and design, execute, and report a scholarly dissertation that demonstrates critical engagement with academic literature and generates evidence-based findings and practical recommendations. Successful completion contributes to eligibility to apply for Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) membership and equips graduates with the advanced research expertise and professional confidence to make a meaningful contribution to the field of strategic people management throughout their career.
